Three Types of Adjustment Functions for Stable Dispensing

  • Camera Adjustment: Detects workpiece misalignment and adjusts the X and Y positions.
  • Height Adjustment: Uses a laser displacement sensor to detect Z-axis height, maintaining a consistent clearance between the workpiece and the needle tip.
  • Needle Adjustment: Detects position shifts caused by nozzle replacement and adjusts the needle tip.

The combination of these three adjustment functions ensures consistently stable and precise dispensing.

All operations, including calibration, adjustment program creation, and sensor settings, can be completed on the PC.

④Robot Operation Area
Jog operations can be performed while viewing the camera image.
