A servo press is an advanced press machine powered by an AC servo motor, offering precise control over position, speed, and force. Unlike mechanical presses, manual presses, or hand presses, servo presses deliver superior energy efficiency, precision, and cleanroom compatibility. They are ideal for high-precision manufacturing and can outperform traditional hydraulic, pneumatic presses, and cylinders.
Equipped with an AC servomotor and internal load cell, for position-based and load-based control with modifiable press fitting speed control, servo presses offer work-oriented operational flexibility.
Not only do servo presses run more quietly and cleanly for both operator and workpiece, but servo presses also consume only about 10~20% of the electricity used by conventional air and oil presses.
With a servo press, the built-in AC servomotor and internal load cell provide not only pressing result data, but can display and store position and load value data as a waveform graph.

The JP Series 5 servo press is available with clean room specifications. Clean room models are used where fine particle control is required, such as the medical, semiconductor, and electronic component manufacturing industries.
Low dust generation enables high-precision pressing even in ISO Class 4* clean environments.
